A Good Hard-working Girl is the second episode of the Netflix series Aggretsuko.

"Tired of her wholesome good-girl persona at work, Retsuko is drawn to the free-spirited lifestyle of her former high school classmate, Puko."
Summary[]
Retsuko goes into a clothing store, but its annoyed by the woman working there who keeps telling her to "take her time" and in the end Retsuko rages. When she was paying for her purchase, the woman asks her if she wants points card, Retsuko wants to refuse, but breaks in an accepts it. Lucky for her, Puko appears and says she doesn't need a points card. Puko tells her that she works part-time for six months then goes abroad to spend the money she earned and had repeated that process since they graduated. Retsuko explains she is an office lady doing accounting in trading firm, which Puko finds responsible, but wonders if she is enjoying life as she looks wiped out.
Ono the next day, Retsuko goes to work, only to be buried in paperwork from Tsubone. Seeing her boss Ton and Chief Komiya slacking off and practicing their golf skills, yet complaining they are busy, Retsuko rages in the bathroom and sings about lighting striking Tsubone, Ton and Komiya. Fenneko and Haida tells Retsuko that she is responsible, giving the same examples as her friend Puko gave. That made her worry as being a "good girl" is quite tiresome. Retsuko then rages in her head and sings how she does all the work for the boss.
After work, Puko invites Retsuko to go out. As Retsuko got a bit drunk, she starts lashing out at her boss. Retsuko wonders what Puko's plans were, and Puko explains she wants to open an imported goods store. Retsuko really likes the idea and gets a bit jealous; Puko invites her to join her since they need a responsible person like her. On her way home, Retsuko gets excited about it. On the next day in the morning, she was practicing how she will slap her boss with a resignation letter soon, but in the meantime kept doing his and Tsubone's work.
